about us

BridgeCare is on a mission to make the workplace work for parents and the companies that employ them. By leveraging underutilized tax benefits, BridgeCare makes it easy and affordable for every employer to solve the overwhelming caregiving challenges that have already driven 50% of millennials (moms and dads!) to leave their jobs.

Herbert

CEO & Co-Founder of BridgeCare

Jamee has an MBA in Sustainable Systems and is building solutions to make the workplace work for parents. With a diverse background in women's advocacy, corporate sales, and systems thinking, Jamee saw the connection between barriers to access quality childcare and the lack of female executives in the workplace. She founded BridgeCare to make quality childcare accessible for working parents and to provide more options for mothers to maintain their career paths.
